What Direction Are You Going In?

It is the will of Jesus to do the will of the Father. Only when the will of a person has changed can they do God’s will. In order for this to happen one must be born again and filled with the Spirit. A person can only be righteous when their will is obedient to God. One must consciously decide in order to receive power. The eye of the disciple must be single. Those that are content with their own pride and power do not receive anything from the Lord. We must seek His will and not our will. The disciple must consistently obey and be willing in full agreement with God. Those that set their will above God will have no testimony. We must obey the will of the Lord and not let the world choke out the seed of the Gospel. When we see the things of this world as greater than God we become nervous, fretful, and anxious. Only if a person wills to know will they know. A person’s character is determined by the state of his mind. We must use our minds to meditate on and practice God’s Words. We must trust in God in order to be a living testimony of faith based on our will. A Christian’s will is to be in full participation with God and Biblical truth must be the principle policy. Anyone can form new habits by consistent behavior. Habits can be overcome by faith in Christ. We must change our way of thinking from the crooked paths to peace and remove all obstacles out of the way. Our minds do not belong to us! They belong to God! Our will must not allow these bad habits to continue, we must locate and eliminate them as soon as possible. We must be in complete agreement with God. Which direction are you going in? We must not do our own will, but the will of the Father in Heaven.
