Why Do the Nations Rage?

In Psalm 2:1-12 David laments over the rage of those who rebel against God as they plot vain things against Him. Yet in the end they will prove to accomplish nothing and they will die without hope if they continue in defiance. Only faith in the cross gives hope and no one can find hope if they refuse to let God reign over them and worship idols instead. People everywhere today are in rebellion against God as they were in the time of David, and the nations will continue to rebel against God until the end of time when everything God held back will be let loose. When the Church promotes sin it is good for nothing, the true Church must obey God’s Word, the cross is bitter but the victory is won! The saints of God have a relationship with Him and live in obedience to His commands. True saints of God know that true Christianity is about grace and truth, they know that the law of God has never changed. The true Church is the light of the world and they are clothed in the garment of God. Satan hates God’s offspring and makes war against them. But the Church of Christ is victorious, obedient, assured, and upon them is the seal of God. The true Church trusts God’s holy prophets, the Church is adorned and beautiful for her husband, and it is about to give birth to the reign of Christ. Mankind must take a stand about whom they will serve, each has to make a stand, each will either deny ourselves and take up a cross, or align themselves against Christ. The choice is in the hands of each one.
