Divine Disclosure

Jesus asks His disciples the question, “Who do you say that I am?” Peter responds and Christ tells him that this revelation did not come from man, but from God. Jesus asks the same question to all of us and the answer cannot come from any external way, it comes from God. A true testimony is a revelation from the soul that God gives to an individual. All darkness must be removed from the soul before this revelation can be said. It is God who works in people when they respond by faith, and this cannot be known through any external way. That is why Christ warns His disciples to beware of the leaven of the Pharisees which is hypocrisy. The religion of Christ is sincerity, and there is no people greater despised by God than hypocrites. It is humility that makes a Christian, all else leads to hypocritical presumption as people only obey what they think is right instead of what God commands. When God speaks He speaks to the conscience, and one must respond and all things in their life must become less than God. Hypocrites think they know more than God, they think they are equal with God. Today in America people have turned away from God’s Laws and embraced corrupt religion and government. This has been motivated by pride, but God brings down the proud. There was a point in the earthly ministry of Christ that He broke off all conversation with the hypocrites because they would not submit to the Lord. And it is becoming increasingly clear that God is about to leave America as a nation and the hypocritical Church within. The enemies of America are being built up all around and the nation is being destroyed from within. America must repent and submit to the authority of God.
