That Christ May Dwell in Your Hearts by Faith

Christ begins to dwell in our hearts by faith when we choose to follow Him and trust entirely in His blood. By grace through faith I am an heir! All are one in the family of Christ, trusting Him and following Him. Christ must be our Lord and we will find strength in the Holy Spirit. Our outward man may be perishing but our inward man is being renewed day by day. First one surrenders their lives to the Father, second as one trusts in Christ He does the keeping, and third the Holy Spirit gives the power. Christ will then dwell in and reside in the heart. God restores us to relationship with Himself as one lives and acts as Christ did, obeys Him, and walks in His way. If one is separated from God they will die. Only by dwelling in Christ can one comprehend what the width, length, depth, and height of the love of God is. To receive His fullness and power we must obey now! Those who dwell in Christ by faith have joy. They walk in the spirit and not in the flesh. Christ must increase as we decrease! They also are broken and contrite before God. Their heart is the heart of a penitent and live in absolute submission and brokenness. All things are new! Set free from sin, a slave to God, and bearing fruit to holiness and everlasting life. Followers of Christ see Him as the Messiah, they possess knowledge and understand. They acknowledge Christ as Lord. They are convinced and are therefore able to testify. Only in believing does one have life in Jesus Christ. Only by walking in the Spirit may Christ dwell in our hearts by faith.
