My Lord, What Shall Be the End of These Things?
Daniel the prophet writes well before the birth of Christ about many of the events that are taking place in our lifetime. The Church is called to proclaim that the commands of God must be obeyed! If the Church does not do this it is good for nothing. Daniel writes of how the power of the holy people is being completely shattered. Today this is taking place because the Church is professing to be Christians but are not better than pagans. Many know God’s will and yet willfully sin against Him. Eve thought she could get what she wanted without serving God and the same is true for many in the Church today. The Church is full of false believers, they know God but do not glorify Him as God. They have exchanged the Truth of God for a lie and are no longer able to understand and comprehend the Truth. The way of truth has been blasphemed. The enemy has come inside the Church in the form of false teachers and false doctrines. The true Church is built upon a true confession of faith that bears fruit and love for God! Jesus taught His disciples to make other disciples and teach them to observe what Christ commanded. Today many false prophets and teachers have brought in destructive heresies. Watchmen have received warnings but have not obeyed them. Many pastors are worldly, lustful, and greedy. They love the world and preach what the world wants them to preach! God sees the Church as desolate. Also those that are wise are not shining. Those that are in Christ must shine with God’s Truth, but instead they run to and fro seeking after knowledge. Do not exchange God’s Truth for the tree of knowledge. Let us seek Christ, He is the head of all things in these last days.
