It Is the Spirit Who Gives Life; the Flesh Profits Nothing

The message of the Scriptures makes it clear that to enter eternal life one must take the life of Christ inside of them. You will die if you follow only outward religious observances if the life of Christ is not within. In order to be saved we must receive the words of Christ like food! Religion cannot make up for this, it is only when one truly repents and lays themselves down that they can be truly called a Christian. A Christian is one who completely denies self, internally receives the word, walks in oneness with God, becoming like Christ through faith, and continues to believe He is the only true way to life. A person is not justified through the law but through faith in Jesus Christ. Many would rather work for their salvation rather than put faith in Christ to save them. When a person decides to take up the cross they must continue to carry it to their crucifixion, submitting to the will of God by faith. It is the Spirit that gives life, a born again Christian does not try to earn their way into heaven. Christians are living witnesses that have continued with Christ through His trials and do not give in to the flesh through self-superiority. Christians are those who go on eating the Living Bread, leaving their lives in the hands of Christ, eating and drinking the Spiritual nourishment He provides. Walking faithful to God in complete dependency upon Him. Christians are living epistles. The work of Christ is to restore the image of God in us. The greatest riches is Christ in you the hope of glory. Christians are to be proof of God’s redeeming power and are re-made to show Christ to the world!
